We want gals who can parlay their interests into colorful, witty, engaging, inspiring and expertly researched articles for our website. No fluff. No flack. Just awesome ideas that become invaluable resources for our growing body of readers.

We're looking for writers who can write in the true voice of MADE and connect with our readers, someone who speaks to the regular woman, the super mom, the career gal, women just like you and me.

Review our past and current issues to make sure you aren't going to pitch something we have covered from multiple angles. What do you think we're missing? What do you want to know about?

STEP 3
Enter our writer search and win a spot as a featured columnist at MADE Magazine, simply send us an email at writerssearch@thenewmaderevolution.com and give us:
• An introduction. Include a brief bio and tell us why you think you would rock at this.
• A little taste of your writing chops. Write an article for us that you think our readers would gobble up. Be sure to follow the article guidelines below -- fail to do so and you’ll have a one-way ticket to our recycling bin.
• An idea of how you generate ideas. In addition to your article, please include two or three pitches pertaining to the topics below. This gives us a clue of what kinds of ideas we can expect from you – stale and boring or lively and interesting.
• Contact info. Include your name, email address, and phone number so we can reach out to you. (Not literally, of course. That would hurt our arms.)

ARTICLE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Any article submitted should be your original work and not published anywhere else. Articles should be 450 to 600 words in length, and should fall under one of the article categories provided.

Give it jazz hands – don’t send us something that would put you to sleep. Our readers want clear, concise info that engages them from beginning to end. Write something you would want to read! No articles in first person, no profanity, no boring stuff. Make it sing, sistah!
